How it works

1. Share your piece

Send clear photographs and details through WhatsApp or email contact@beauluxury.com. Include the brand, model, material, condition, accessories and proof of purchase where available. Helpful photographs include the front, back, base, interior, brand stamp, date or serial markings and hardware.

2. Preliminary review

Our team reviews the information and confirms whether the piece may suit a direct purchase or consignment. Any initial indication is non-binding until the item has been physically inspected.

3. Physical inspection and authentication

Once received by appointment or an agreed insured-delivery method, the item is examined for condition, construction and brand-specific authentication details. We may decline an item that does not meet our standards.

4. Choose direct sale or consignment

For a direct sale, BeauLuxe may make a fixed purchase offer. For consignment, the agreed mandate will set out the proposed price, commission, listing period, insurance, withdrawal conditions and payment timing before the item is listed.

5. Agreement and payment

No sale or consignment begins until the relevant terms have been confirmed in writing. Direct-purchase and consignment proceeds are paid using the method and schedule stated in the signed agreement. Contact our private client team for a confidential assessment.
