Products and authenticity

BeauLuxe sells pre-owned and collectible luxury pieces. Condition, signs of wear, accessories, and relevant characteristics are described and photographed with care. Display colours and scale can vary by device. Each piece is inspected through our authentication process before sale.

Prices and orders

Prices are displayed in euros unless clearly stated otherwise. Any delivery cost, tax, or import charge payable through the website is shown before the order is confirmed. An order is accepted only when we send confirmation and the required payment has been successfully received or arranged. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailable stock.

Payment

Available payment methods and any applicable conditions are shown during checkout or confirmed by our private client team. Never send funds to details received through an unverified message; contact us through the details published on this website if in doubt.

Delivery

Available destinations, estimated delivery times, costs, tracking, insurance, and any customer import responsibility are communicated before or during checkout. Delays outside our reasonable control will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Returns and consumer rights
