Returns
Return requests must follow the conditions below to protect the integrity of each unique piece.
Requesting a return
Email contact@beauluxury.com with your name, order number, address and reason for return. Items must be returned in the condition received, with all documents, packaging and the BEAULUXE security tag intact.
Refund
After inspection, eligible refunds are issued within 15 days of receiving the return. Items with a removed or damaged security tag are not eligible for return or exchange.
